The name says it all. Aphilaty carries the Greek word for love. It's a place where people love their organizations — and organizations love their members back, with real benefits earned through trust, not surveillance.
For most people, Aphilaty will simply be the best shared list app they've ever used — a honey-do list that actually gets done, a homework tracker the whole family can see, a grocery run where everyone knows what's already in the cart. That's more than enough. But for those who want more, the rewards start flowing the moment you choose to share.
Connect to your grocery store, school, church, or create a private family group — each with its own color and feed.
Create grocery lists, homework trackers, packing lists, or to-dos. Share them with family, friends, or fulfillment partners.
Your lists are private by default. If you choose to share intent signals with retailers, Aphilaty anonymizes them completely before they ever leave your org. You stay invisible. The benefits become real.
When your anonymous signals match a retailer's offer, you receive it — with a note explaining exactly why. Future releases will let competing vendors bid on your list, delivering real savings on things you already need.
Start with the free org tool. Coordinate your team, school, or community without sharing a byte of personal data. When you're ready, unlock the benefits that come from letting trusted organizations serve you better.
Coordinate shopping, chores, events, and homework without a dozen separate apps.
Connect parents, students, and teachers with instant communication and event management.
Organize members, coordinate volunteers, and communicate announcements at zero cost.
Keep players, parents, and coaches aligned with schedules, equipment lists, and updates.
Reach customers who actually want your offers — matched by intent, not surveillance.
Deploy Aphilaty as your own branded app — your colors, your name, your customer relationship.
Most apps sell your data to retailers. Aphilaty does the opposite — your shopping habits and identity are never revealed, even when retailers match offers to your lists.
Retailers see intent signals — never names, emails, or identities. A one-way cryptographic hash ensures your identity stays yours.
Aphilaty has no ad network, no tracking pixels, and no data broker relationships. We make money from subscriptions and transparent matching fees — not your data.
Delete your account and all your data — lists, events, memberships — is permanently purged within 30 days.
Built from day one for international privacy standards. Data minimization, purpose limitation, and consent management are core — not afterthoughts.
We believe you deserve to know exactly what data Aphilaty holds about you. Here it is.

The word Aphilaty is rooted in the Greek word for love. We built it around a simple idea: people already love their schools, their churches, their little leagues, their VFW lodges. They just needed a better way to organize around them — one that didn't require handing over their data as the price of admission.
So we built Aphilaty as a free, private organizational tool first. Crowd-solve your team's equipment needs. Coordinate volunteers. Track homework. Manage your family's grocery runs. You never have to share a single piece of shopping data to get full value from the app.
But when you're ready, Aphilaty lets you choose to share your shopping intent — anonymously — with the organizations you already belong to. Retailers see aggregated, anonymous signals. They can manage inventory, prepare relevant offers, and eventually compete for your business in real time. You see the best offer on this week's grocery list. We earn a modest, transparent fee for connecting the two. No ads. No data brokers. No hidden agenda. Just a business model we're proud to explain in plain English.
Not a checkbox. A foundation.
You always know what data we have.
The Greek root of our name. People should love their organizations — and organizations should earn that love back.
We earn from org subscriptions and anonymous offer matching fees — never from selling your data.
We're building the team that will bring privacy-first community technology to millions of families and organizations.
View open roles →We charge organizations — retailers, schools, churches, and businesses — for access to the platform. Personal accounts are free because they make our network valuable. We never sell user data. Ever.
No. Retailers receive anonymous intent signals — they know "someone in a connected org is interested in strawberries" but they never know who. Your name, email, phone number, and identity are never shared.
All your personal data — lists, events, memberships, messages — is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Anonymous signals (which contain no personal information) are retained for aggregate analytics only.
Yes — and we offer a free tier for qualifying nonprofits, houses of worship, and schools with under 100 members. Contact us to apply for nonprofit pricing.
White-label means deploying Aphilaty under your own brand — your app name, your colors, your logo in the App Store. It's designed for retailers and enterprises who want to own the customer relationship. Most organizations use standard Aphilaty and don't need white-label.
Yes. All list data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled by Firebase Security Rules — only you and people you explicitly invite can see your lists.
Yes — while the app is running, Aphilaty reads your device location. We immediately reduce it to a zip code, which is used only to make offers and org suggestions locally relevant to you. We do not store GPS coordinates, and your location is never shared with any organization or third party. You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time; you'll still be able to use Aphilaty, but offers and org discovery will be less geographically precise.
An affinity code is an optional identifier — like a loyalty card number or member ID — that you can add when joining an organization in Aphilaty. It's never required. If you add one, Aphilaty passes that code to the organization along with your App ID and relevant list activity. The organization can use that code to connect your Aphilaty activity to your existing record in their own system. We cannot prevent that linkage, and we want you to know it happens. The benefit is that the org can credit your loyalty account, apply member pricing, or recognize you as an existing customer. The trade-off is that specific org can identify you. Every other org you belong to still sees only your anonymous App ID.
Absolutely not. Aphilaty is a fully featured organizational tool — lists, events, messages, and coordination — with no data sharing required. Sharing shopping intent with retailers is entirely opt-in, per organization, and can be toggled off at any time in Privacy Settings.
Two ways — both transparent. First, organizations (schools, churches, retailers) pay a monthly subscription to use the admin platform. Second, when anonymous intent signals result in a successful offer match, we earn a small matching fee from the retailer. The retailer pays for access to an audience that actually wants what they're selling. You stay completely anonymous. We think that's a fair deal — and we're happy to say so plainly.
Our roadmap includes competitive offer bidding — letting multiple retailers bid on your anonymous shopping list so you receive the best available price on items you already need. We're also building inventory integration so retailers can match offers in real time based on what's actually in stock, and same-day delivery fulfillment directly through the app. The goal is to make your existing shopping habits work harder for you — without you doing anything different.
Whether you're downloading the app, exploring Aphilaty for your organization, or interested in enterprise partnerships — we'd love to hear from you.
